1. Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping:
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. This includes all 50 states and U.S. territories. If you’re located outside the U.S., we may offer shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our services. Stay tuned for future updates regarding global shipping options.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The available methods will be displayed during checkout based on your location.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. This is our most cost-effective shipping method.Expedited Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we offer Expedited Shipping, which delivers your order in 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply.Next-Day Shipping:
For urgent orders, we offer Next-Day Shipping. Orders placed by 12:00 PM (CST) will be delivered the next business day. Additional charges apply.Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, but please note that Next-Day Shipping and Expedited Shipping are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.Free Shipping:
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within the U.S. If your order exceeds this amount, the shipping fee will be automatically waived during checkout.Additional Fees:
Additional fees may apply for Expedited or Next-Day Shipping options. Please note that international shipping (where applicable) may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Processing Time

Address Issues:
Please ensure that you enter your shipping address correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.Weather Delays:
Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your delivery date.Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available or select a similar product.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@fitparizz.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.Return Shipping:
For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for detailed information on how to initiate a return or exchange.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can only ship orders to one address at a time. If you need to ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

If you would like to ensure your shipment in case of loss or damage during transit, we recommend selecting Shipping Insurance at checkout. This will provide coverage for your order.
